Here's how it works:

Step 1: Complete the registration form and pay the registration fee

Online Registration begins at 6pm on the first Tuesday in March. The first step to registering your child with ECNS is to fill out the Registration Form in the link below and submit your (non-refundable) $50 registration fee.  Checks can be made out to ECNS and mailed to the ECNS Registrar at P.O Box 181, Eureka, IL 61530. Checks must be post marked within 3 days of submitting your registration form. You can also pay online with the PayPal link below. Online registration fees will incur a $2 convenience fee (registration fees paid through PayPal are $52). Please include your child's name on your payment. **Registration forms will be processed in the order they are received; class sections will be assigned on a first come, first served basis, and according to classroom age criteria. 

 

Space is limited. You will be notified by the Registrar if you child is on the waitlist for the upcoming school year.  All children who have submitted both their registration form and fee will be notified of class placement by May 15th.

Step 2: Submit Required Documents

ECNS will conduct a parent/guardian orientation before the start of school at the end of August. Parents/guardians will need to complete all necessary forms.

 

Your child cannot attend ECNS until all forms have been submitted and reviewed. Each child must submit the following documents on or before the parent orientation: 

• A Recent Physical with the Parent Questionnaire completed and signed - Physicals must be dated within 1 calendar year before September 1st. All physicals are valid for 2 years of preschool attendance. Returning 3rd year students will require an updated physical 

• Up-to-date immunization records 

• TB and lead screening results

• Proof of the chickenpox or the varicella immunization 

• Certified Birth Certificate (to be copied during Parent Orientation)

• Student Information Form

• Pick-Up Permission Slip

• Review and sign the ECNS Handbook 

• Review and sign the Health & Wellness Policy

• Review and sign the Parental Code of Conduct

Step 3: Submit First Tuition Payment & School Supply Fee

Your child's first month of tuition ($100 or $130) and a one-time school supply fee ($55) are both due one month prior to the start of school.  Checks can be made out to ECNS and mailed to the Administrative Assistant at ECNS, P.O. Box 181, Eureka, IL 61530.  Please make sure to indicate the name of your child on the check.  You can also pay online via PayPal. Online tuition fees will incur a convenience fee (tuition paid online will be $104 or $135 and the supply fee will be $59). ECNS will invoice all parents via email to remind them of this first payment and provide the PayPal link. The school year begins the Tuesday following Labor Day. Get ready for an exciting school year ahead with your child!

In preparation for the school year, the teachers will host a "Meet the Teacher" night giving your student a chance to get familiar with their new learning environment. Details will be sent to you in August!
